Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
The Port of the Americas Authority will select an operator for the Port through a competitive process that will consist in reviewing the proposals submitted by competing parties. See Notice of Availability for Requests for Proposals (RFP).
The proposals will be reviewed by an evaluating committee to be named by the Board of Directors of the Port of the Americas Authority. Based on the committee's recommendation, the Board will select the proposal or proposals resulting as most viable and attractive in terms of design, business plan and financial aspects, among other criteria to be defined.
